Our Story:
It all began with a few close calls in the waves, one when I almost lost a toe to my fin, and another when a friend needed eight stitches to her head after a wipeout. There was no way I was giving up my passion, but I wanted to minimise the risks.
I searched everywhere for a helmet that could offer protection without feeling bulky, awkward, masculine, but nothing fit the bill. So, I created the SurfShell — a stylish, practical, and comfortable surf hat designed to keep you safer while you shred.
Each SurfShell combines a tough ABS shell inside with soft EVA foam cushioning, helping to protect your head from bumps and cuts in the surf, while staying lightweight and comfortable to wear. It’s all about giving you that extra layer of confidence in the water, without compromising on sun protection or style.
