Welcome to SurfShell. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. Terms of Sale 1.1. All prices listed are in NZD.1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or pricing errors. 1.3. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
  2. Returns & Refunds 2.1. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. 2.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 2.3. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 2.4. Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-refundable. 
  3. Shipping & Delivery 3.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days from our dispatch site in Mt Maunganui, NZ, or collection in Raglan NZ. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. 3.2. SurfShell is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 3.4. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. 
  4. Limitation of Liability & Waiver of Injury 4.1. Watersports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, or equipment failure. By purchasing and using SurfShell products, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 4.2. SurfShell is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products. 4.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and safety precautions when using our products. 4.4. Always follow safety guidelines, use appropriate protective gear, and assess environmental conditions before engaging in water activities.
