Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. You cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product — in that case, contact us first and we'll cover the return. Sale items and personalised goods are final unless faulty. Email us with your order number to start a return
